Four steps

There is a $35 order minimum and that is the only gate. Everything else is an email.
Send it in
Use the quote form, or email a panel schedule, a valve list, or a photo of the existing plates. There is no account to create and no portal to log into.
Quote back in 24 hours
Line items with quantities, sizes, the material spec written out, lead time, and the customer-supplied-values note. Formatted so you can hand it straight to a GC.
PDF proof
A dimensioned proof of every plate before anything is cut. Check spelling, panel names, and sizes. First revision is free; nothing goes into production without a written approval.
Cut, finished, delivered
Engraved, cut to size, edges cleaned, and backed or drilled as ordered. Two business days from your approval. Local delivery in the Orlando area, or shipped.
What to send
Five things and we can quote it.
Miss one and it becomes an email back and forth, which slows both of us down. The quote form asks for all five in order.
- Quantity and sizeHow many of each, and the plate dimensions. If you do not know the size, tell us what it mounts to.
- Plate and text colorBlack on white is stock; anything else is a special order that adds a few days. Or tell us to match something you already have.
- Exact text, line by lineTyped out by you, exactly as it should read. This is the single biggest source of rework, and it is the one thing we cannot check for you.
- Mounting methodAdhesive foam back, drilled for fasteners, or drilled for chain.
- Needed-by dateSo we can tell you honestly whether standard turnaround works or whether you want rush.

How fast, honestly.
Production runs twice a week on full sheets, which is what keeps the pricing where it is. The clock that matters starts when you approve the proof, not when you first email.

On rush jobs the delay is almost never production — it is waiting for someone to reply “approved.” If your inspection is Thursday, watch for the proof and turn it around the same day.
Why we insist on a proof
Because “PANEL HA” and “PANEL H-A” are different plates.
Nearly every reorder we have ever had to make was a spelling or naming difference that neither side caught. A panel schedule says one thing, the plate says another, and the inspector notices before anyone else does.
So every order gets a PDF proof, including reorders and including rush jobs. It takes you two minutes and it is the cheapest insurance in the whole process. It is also your record if something was wrong on the schedule you sent.
