Every order gets a number the moment you send it. Type it in with the email address you ordered with and you will see exactly where it is — waiting on material, on the machine, being checked, or on its way to you.

Lost the number?

It is not a problem — we can find the order from your name and what you ordered. Email us and say roughly when you sent it.

Why we ask for both

Order numbers run in sequence, so the number on its own would let anyone count up from yours and read somebody else’s job. Your email address is what keeps your order yours.
