Price List
Published pricing for engraved two-ply plates and tags, by size and quantity. No callback required to put a number in a bid.
Price list
Per plate, by size and quantity.
All prices are per plate in Rowmark LaserMax 1/16″ two-ply acrylic, engraved and cut to size, in a stock color combination. Quantity breaks apply across the whole order, not per size — so a mixed order of forty plates prices at the 25–99 column.
| Size | 1–9 | 10–24 | 25–99 | 100+ | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1″ × 3″ | $5.00 | $4.00 | $3.25 | $2.60 | Panel plates, valve tags, small equipment ID |
| 1.5″ × 4″ | $7.00 | $5.75 | $4.75 | $3.75 | Panelboard nameplates, disconnect plates |
| 2″ × 4″ | $8.50 | $7.00 | $5.75 | $4.50 | The common panelboard and disconnect size |
| 3″ × 5″ | $13.00 | $11.00 | $9.00 | $7.00 | Switchboard, transformer, and ATS plates |
| 4″ × 8″ | $24.00 | $20.00 | $16.50 | $13.00 | Service equipment, standby system signage |
| 6″ × 18″ | $68.00 | $58.00 | — | — | Large equipment and room identification |
Prices are per plate and include engraving, cutting to size, and edge cleanup. Quantity breaks apply to the total plate count on the order.
Batch and save
A four-plate order takes nearly as long to set up as a forty-plate order, which is why the breaks are steep. If you have a second job coming, order both now.
Custom sizes
Not on the list? Send the dimensions. Anything up to 12″ × 24″ is straightforward and gets priced from the nearest size on the card.
Quotes look like submittals
Line items, quantities, material spec written out, and lead time — formatted so you can forward it to a GC or an owner without rewriting it.
Minimum & options
Everything else that can appear on an invoice.
There is nothing beyond this list. No design fee on plain text, no per-line charge, no separate proof charge.
| Item | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Order minimum | $35 | Covers proof, setup, and packing. Batch your plates — the per-piece price falls quickly. |
| Adhesive foam back | +$0.35 / plate | Pressure-sensitive foam tape, applied and trimmed. For clean painted or powder-coated enclosures. |
| Drilled holes | No charge | Two or four holes to your spacing, at no cost. Screws are not supplied — use whatever the enclosure calls for. For textured surfaces where adhesive is a bad idea. |
| Non-stock color | +10% | Anything other than the stock combination. Adds a few days while the material comes in. |
| Artwork or logo setup | $25 one time | Free on every reorder afterwards. Plain text layout is never charged. |
| Rush — 48 hour | +25% | Moved to the front of the queue. Call before ordering so we can confirm capacity. |
| Second proof revision | $25 | The first revision is always free. |
How to read this
This is the direct price.
What you see is what a contractor ordering direct pays. It sits deliberately below typical retail engraving pricing, because you are buying trade work rather than walking into a sign shop.
Electrical supply houses and resellers are quoted from a separate wholesale schedule off this list, so there is room to mark it up and still be competitive at the counter. If that is you, ask for the wholesale sheet.
Worked example
A small commercial fit-out, ordered together:
Quoted in 24 hours, proofed, and in your hands two business days after you approve it.

Send the text. Get a proof back.
A panel schedule, a valve list, or a photo of what you are labeling now. Quotes go out within 24 hours, a PDF proof comes back before anything is cut, and plates ship two business days after you approve it.
