Capabilities
Everything Central Florida Laser Solutions marks, grouped by the trade that installs it — and the standard each item answers to.
Primary lines
Three disciplines, one proof cycle.
Most projects need markings from more than one trade. Ordering them together means one lead time, one approval, and one delivery instead of three.
Electrical & Arc Flash
Arc flash and shock hazard labels, panelboard circuit directories, available fault current markings, disconnect and equipment identification, series-rating notices, generator and ATS labels, and photovoltaic placards.
Full detailMechanical, HVAC & Plumbing
ASME A13.1 pipe markers sized to the pipe, numbered valve tags with matching valve charts, equipment nameplates and unit IDs, air balance tags, backflow preventer tags, and medical gas identification.
Full detailSafety & OSHA Signage
ANSI Z535.4 safety signs with correct signal-word panels, OSHA accident prevention tags, lockout/tagout tags, confined space placards, GHS secondary container labels, PPE requirements, and egress and fire equipment marking.
Full detailAlso in the shop
The rest of what gets marked.
Compliance is the core of the business, but the same equipment produces everything else a job needs identified.
Asset & serial plates
Sequential asset numbers, serial and model data, QR or Data Matrix codes, and property-of marking on anodized aluminum or stainless.
Equipment nameplates
Engraved two-ply or metal nameplates for panels, pumps, air handlers, switchgear, and control enclosures — drilled, radiused, or adhesive-backed to suit.
Barcodes & variable data
Per-unit values driven straight from your spreadsheet. Codes are verified for scan quality before the run ships.
Legends, charts & schedules
Valve charts, panel schedules, riser diagrams, and equipment legends in framed or laminated formats for the mechanical room wall.
Custom engraving
Control panel legends, instrument tags, door plaques, and anything else the job calls for that is not strictly a compliance item.
Kitting & sequencing
Sorted and bagged by panel, floor, riser, or unit so the installer works from the box instead of a spreadsheet.
Not sure what you need?
Describe the equipment. We’ll tell you what the code requires.
A photo of the panel, the nameplate, or the pipe run is usually enough for us to identify which markings apply and what they have to say.
Send us the spec. We’ll send back a quote.
Panel schedule, arc flash study, valve list, a photo of the equipment nameplate — whatever you have. We’ll tell you what the code requires, recommend a substrate, and price it.
